General notes:

On 2021-11-27, all exams are AI invigilated.

Make sure that your face is always fully and clearly visible to the webcam during the exam. The AI Invigilation System will monitor and record your exam and will generate a report for our invigilators. Please note that all suspicious behaviours are logged by the AI and are reviewed in detail by our invigilators. During the exam the system will not display you a warning or stop your exam when a suspicious behaviour is detected, so make sure to prevent any activities during the exam that may lead to misunderstandings for the invigilator.

Exam Access Codes:

The actual exams are locked by an Exam Access Code.
You will receive your Exam Access CodeĀ by email a few minutes before your exam starts. We recommend to log in to the platform about 10 minutes earlier so that you can start as soon as you receive the email with the access code.

Delays on the exam day:

Do not worry if there are unexpected delays on the day of the exam (e.g. your device is updating, you cannot find the e-mail with the access code, …)
Your exam time does not start until you have actually started your attempt.
Nevertheless, we strongly advise you to log into the platform before the exam day and to prepare yourself adequately. Self-inflicted or unjustified delays due to insufficient preparation can still have a negative impact on your exam results.

For candidates of Grade 6 and higher: you are allowed to use the User Guide for the Advanced Notation Editor during your exam.
Please be aware that the Advanced Notation Editor requires a certain learning curve. Make sure you are familiar with the use of the software before taking the exam. We recommend using previous examination papers and answering them with the Advanced Notation Editor.
